The project at hand was Birchcliff Urban Towns, a residential complex nearly 70,000 square feet in size. This architectural statement has 52 suites with 10 unique floor plans nestled between Birchmount Avenue and Kingston Road. Built within the highly coveted and well-established Birch Cliff community, Core Development Group designed these residences for the homeowner that truly wants it all. Completed in 2022, this 3.5-storey structure is a standout property from those neighbouring it. The units themselves reflect clean lines, elegant features and inspired design. TIA Software provided purchasers with layout-specific renderings that visually demonstrated how each finish, upgrade and add-on would appear in each room. Homeowners were able to complete agreements, access floorplans and process payments virtually and at their own leisure.
Our software successfully saved Core and its clients time and energy by eliminating the need for in-person meetings and juggling appointment slots for 52 suites simultaneously.
