Project Summary
Located at Yonge and St. Clair in Toronto, One Delisle is a 47-storey luxury condominium developed by Slate Asset Management and designed by Studio Gang. The tower’s distinctive spiralling form transitions from a square base into a 16-sided circular structure, maximizing sunlight, views, and outdoor living opportunities for residents.
The development includes hundreds of residential suites, expansive terraces and balconies, and high-end amenities designed to balance urban sophistication with wellness and community living. Each space is designed to reflect a refined lifestyle, combining contemporary design with functional living environments tailored to modern urban residents.

TIA worked closely with the project’s design and development teams to configure a tailored Online Design Studio that reflected the project’s unique layouts and finish program.
Complex suite configurations, finish packages, and upgrade options were translated into an efficient digital workflow, delivering a luxury experience for homeowners. Beyond providing extensive customer support and personalized design appointments for each homeowner, TIA enabled real-time selection tracking and construction reporting system for the project.
The result was a streamlined selections process that supported operational efficiency while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with One Delisle’s brand and architectural vision.
