Designed as a limited collection of bespoke residences, the project emphasizes craftsmanship, privacy, and elevated everyday living.
Project Summary
Located at 413 Roehampton Avenue in Midtown Toronto, Savile on the Roe is a boutique development by Block Developments in partnership with Tiffany Park Homes. The project introduces a limited collection of 28 luxury townhome residences thoughtfully integrated into the established Mount Pleasant community, just moments from Yonge and Eglinton.
Block Developments and Tiffany Park Homes are recognized for delivering high-quality residential communities focused on thoughtful design, enduring materials, and livable urban environments. Their collaborative approach prioritizes architectural character and refined interior detailing, reflected throughout Savile on the Roe’s design vision.
The four-storey residences feature open-concept layouts, private rooftop terraces, front patios, and landscaped backyards, blending classic brick architecture with contemporary elements to complement the surrounding neighbourhood fabric. Suites range from approximately 920 to over 2,400 square feet, offering flexible layouts suited to both families and downsizers seeking boutique luxury living.
As a boutique development with highly customized residences, Savile on the Roe required a design selection platform capable of delivering a personalized experience while maintaining operational efficiency. The project required:

The Online Design Studio was configured to support highly detailed customization while maintaining a clear and intuitive journey for homeowners.
Curated finish options and upgrade selections were organized into a guided digital environment, allowing purchasers to confidently explore design choices. TIA’s design team facilitated design appointments efficiently, helping purchasers make informed decisions while selecting finishes that balanced modern aesthetics with timeless appeal. TIA’s personalized design consultations and closeout process was supported by the software’s centralized tracking and reporting tools, helping maintain accuracy and transparency throughout the process.
By simplifying coordination and consolidating project information within a single platform, TIA helped deliver a seamless selections experience that preserved the project’s high-touch approach while improving workflow efficiency for the design and construction teams.
